Guest guest
Just wanted to share an update. After an unplanned vacation from supplements while travelling, my son had a new behavior - eye rolling. Back on supplement schedule and eye rolling is almost gone... his verbal sounds are back but his attention/train of thought are good. While trimming his hair today, I noticed he has a raised white bump on the back of his neck. Similar bump was on his finger (which took months to go away) and now on his neck. Anyone had this experience or know what this is? Thanks! Kareen > > > > > > > > > > Hi, > > > > > > > > > > We finished round 6 (10mg DMSA, 10mg ALA). We did some travelling right after so bad mom (me) forgot supplementing on some days/hours. Also eating out so possible cross contamination foodwise. Didn't eat vegetables for many days. > > > > > > > > > > After round 4, he started rolling his tongue. Guest guest
My son has had larger white bumps (kinda shiny) on his face/neck before and it was diagnosed as moloscum contagiosum. It is a virul infection of the skin, took two years to go away, PauDarco herb helped when no pharmaceuticals did. But he also has smaller bumps on his cheecks and arms which i was told was keritosis (vit A def - but we have been doing vit A and not helping) or from fungal overgrowth.... > > > > > > > > > > > > > > Hi, > > > > > > > > > > > > > > We finished round 6 (10mg DMSA, 10mg ALA). At my house, keratosis pilaris was caused by carotene deposits under the skin. I eliminated this problem with supplements that corrected my son's carotene conversion issue. I know of a few people who indicated that KP was eliminated with B12, so you can try that also. Dana
Guest guest
Keratosis Pilaris is NOT from a Vitamin A deficiency. Who told you that? KP is from an overproduction of a protein (keratin) in the skin. > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > Hi, > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > We finished round 6 (10mg DMSA, 10mg ALA). Guest guest
Thanks, Dana! Always amazed how you keep track of all the supplements, symptoms for everyone in your house. Be so observant, know what to do, etc. Taking another unexpected vacation from vitamins Airline lost our luggage. Eye rolling a bit again. Crossing my fingers they locate our bag soon. > > My son has had larger white bumps (kinda shiny) on his face/neck before and it was diagnosed as moloscum contagiosum.
