Hi Cristal,

I am very curious about goat milk. Is you son allergic to casein?

My son is allergic and we are doing special diet.

Thanks

We thought he was . but it turned out that he tolerated goat casein and is

thriving on it. was GFCF and did well and the only dairy we eat is

goat, goat yogurt, goat cheese, goat kefir.

As long as it is goat he can have it. any other dairy is a no no for us, and

you will find the same many autistic children. Some theorize that A2 milk

from cows is probably good just the A1 milk that has the bad casein in it.

Google a1 and a2 milk. The A1 and A2 thing is eliminated in human sheep and

goat milk.

Like I said it has been the single most important thing we have done to

recover .
