My grandson recently started to poke in his bum area after a bowel

movement.He has just recently learned to poop in the toilet and wipe

himself, but we make sure he is wiped good.

Could he possibly have worms, or just something new to do?

We give grapefruit seed extract, so I doubt if he has worms.

Would anyone have had this problem and could help?
