Guest guest
Emerson, What yeast protocols or treatments have you tried? What dosages and timing are you using for chelators? > > We have finished 22 rounds of chelation using DMSA and ALA. It seems that my daughter screams and mouths objects constantly! The screams are short outbursts, lasting only 1-2 seconds, but they are deafening! Sometimes at the end of the day my ears are ringing from it, and I'm concerned about my younger daughter having to hear it all the time too. My daughter at age 3 has yet to say her first word although she babbles and makes lots of sounds. I'm wondering if the screaming is from frustration in not being able to talk as she becomes more aware, or if it's related to her vision because sometimes 1 or both of her eyes turn outward causing her to see her environment differently. Also, the mouthing baffles me. I read what others write about mouthing being related to yeast and the treatment for it, and we do all those treatments and still see no change. Are the screaming and mouthing just something I have to live with while we chelate? > > Thanks, > Emerson >

At my house, mouthing objects was caused by yeast overgrowth. >>her vision because sometimes 1 or both of her eyes turn outward I eliminated this problem with my #4, with chelation, anti-virals, and lots of biotin. If she has a yeast problem, I would start by adding biotin. >>yeast and the treatment for it, and we do all those treatments and still see no change. Increase the yeast protocol. Guest guest
I finally got my son's mouthing resolved by giving biotin,GSE and OLE as per Dana's advice 3 times a day. Before that we tried for 7 years w varied results. Thanks Dana ...jake's mom > > We have finished 22 rounds of chelation using DMSA and ALA. Guest guest
Biotin, GSE, Candex, Candidase, OLE and we chelate per Andy's method every weekend every 3 hours with 12.5 mg each of DMSA and ALA. > > > > We have finished 22 rounds of chelation using DMSA and ALA. Guest guest
What are the anti virals you used? I give 25 mg of Biotin and 10 drops GSE 4 times a day. Maybe I'm not giving her enough. How much did you give your child? > > We have finished 22 rounds of chelation using DMSA and ALA. Guest guest
How much of each did you give? And do they need to be given at specific times like with food, between meals, etc? > > > We have finished 22 rounds of chelation using DMSA and ALA. Guest guest
> What are the anti virals you used? Virastop and OLE to get some control. High doses of vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin D, and lysine to eliminate viruses and correct the immune system. >>I give 25 mg of Biotin and 10 drops GSE 4 times a day. Maybe I'm not giving her enough. How much did you give your child? Those things are for yeast, not viruses. The biotin dose is okay. Try increasing the GSE. Dana
Guest guest
Are you giving the Biotin with Mag during meals; the more Biotin you give, the more chance you have at constipation. When are you giving the GSE? With Candidase, our yeast got WORSE!!!!! I kept increasing the dose thinking that I wasn't giving enough and it was making it worse. I called Enzymedica and was told to try 1/2 capsule, I did and that worked for awhile then that small dose didn't work anymore. So I just pulled it out of rotation and the yeasty behavior lessened and never got back to that extreme. That was our situation. For us, OLE, Virastop, etc kick up a lot of yeast here. For us, DMSA really caused extreme yeasty behavior. We do ALA and add DMSA once a month; (this is our protocol, not suggesting you switch). What is your ALA/DMSA ratio? Guest guest
the mouthing could be lack of zinc, how much zinc are you giving? screaming.. could be yeast or adrenals, maybe bacteria. If you are being really really agressive with the yeast you might be kicking up bacteria. Any culturelle in the house to try? From: S. Guest guest
Screaming was from food reactions here. Almost anything could be suspect of a food reaction when chelating and yeast was bad. Would first give activated charcoal and then get phenols out of diet. During chelation, it was essential that we give no fruit/sweets at all most the time, unless we were taking long enough breaks (three weeks) for yeast to be completely under control. Feed a bland diet with meats, rice, vegetables, that's it. Give enzymes with meals and probiotics afterward, also give probiotics before bed. Probably needs zinc for the mouthing problem. > > We have finished 22 rounds of chelation using DMSA and ALA. It seems that my daughter screams and mouths objects constantly! Guest guest
Hi, what will be the appropriate dose you gave for gse, ole and biotin for each meal time to beat the persistent mouthing/pica? Is it low for a start and gradually increasing and to what is the max? Any good brand u would recommend for ole? What is yr son's age when he stopped mouthing, could it be just developmental?
