Olive leaf extract works on strep. Start with twice a day & work to 3-4. We like

Natural Factors. They need probiotics w/o a strep strain.

If that doesn't work they could try Elderberry Extract liquid only. You can put

it in water. They can add  vit D3.

Hi Tammy,

I got strep and tonsillitis every 6 months growing up. It wasn't till I was an

adult that I realized it followed the every 6 month dental appt schedule. (Had

tonsils out as a college student.) Do those kids have any mercury amalgam

dental fillings? Do they have lots of dental work? (Strep mutans causes tooth

decay.) Are they on probiotics?

My #4 had strep. I took her to the ped who rx Zithromax. Strep went away but

came back about 3 weeks later. Ped gave more Zithromax, strep came back again.

We did this 3x, strep still came back. The fourth time, I did NOT take her to

the ped, I just gave her OLE. Strep went away and never came back.

Start with 1- 250 cap  & work up to 3 or even 4 a day.

Increase biotin or probiotics. It's important to take probiotic 1 hour before or

1-1/2 - 2 hrs after each dose or you cancel out the anti-viral.

Well, I am going to try OLE for myself then, I have been having problems

with strep too! What were the dosages you used?

NAET is not going to work, no one around here. These are both children that has

toddler, and still, getting strep! My sister in law is actually a dental

hygienist and he's in some braces and yes, he's had cavities, 2nd grade. The

other, not sure.

No, neither on probiotics.

I'm going to recommend olive leaf extract for a year maybe, enzymes, probiotics

and get them started on biotin and a good multi and an omega. It is just so

over whelming to parents.

Hi, you might want to look at MMS (miracle mineral supplement)

This is the website you can buy it from:-http://www.mmseurop e.info/miraclemi

neralsupplement. html

Here is some great info on MMS http://www.mmseurop e.com/resources. html

Here is how to mix it up:-http://www.youtube. com/watch?

v=3uEfTeDG8X8 & feature=related

Basically you can mix with pure red grape juice (not from concentrate) it masks

the taste, you must not take vitamin C, ascorbic acid ort citric acid 2hours

before and 2hours after as it will neutralize the effects, also take on empty

stomach. You can also gargle with it to rid a sore throat.

Tammy,

Another thought, maybe they could try taking out dairy.. as that can decrease

bacterial infections too (usually ear infections… but it might work for strep

too..) Just throwing it out there.

That's a good idea. Milk causes more mucus in the body.  Try convincing them

rice milk is the healthier choice.

I got it all the time when I was young too. I believe it is related to yeast

overgrowth from a dairy intolerance. I think the constant exposure to dairy

kept my immune system busy and therefore the strep was able to take hold. I

think it's really sad that people don't see that chronic infections like strep,

ear infections, sinus infections will never stop unless they address the immune

system problem. The underlying problem causing the dairy intolerance is, of

course, mercury. Mothers can pass the intolerance to children, so I am not sure

that chelating could actually heal a child who inherited mom's less-than-great

immunoglobulin.
