Hi All,

I was in Wal-mart today; debating on getting a Wii for my daughter for

Christmas. I saw the X360 with Kinect, it seems really, really nice. Does anyone

have this system? Any game suggestions?

We use Wii, and it has been wonderful for our son! We are home schooling,

so the first thing we did was on Wii Fit, and he learned all the yoga

poses. It has really helped him with balance and anxiety, too I think. Our

son loves to play on it.

We have Wii, not familiar with X360. Wii can be easy or difficult and a family

event, even for Grandparents, the bowling is fun. Wii fit is great for

cordination and fun too.

We have a Wii and also use it for homeschool fitness sometimes when the weather

is bad. My son loves the Cycling on WiiFit. The balance challenges helped him

learn to ride a 2 wheel bike in real life.

It has been helpful for teaching the basics of games - baseball, bowling, etc,

that he missed picking up over his younger years when other boys his age were

doing T-ball and pee-wee football, and it has been helpful for teaching good

sportsmanship and for social skills. We often have other families or neighbors

in for a Wii party.

I like the social aspect of it too. All of her friends have one and I can tell

she likes it. Thanks for your responses!
