We dont alternate, but do use more than one brand. My son also has oxalate

issues and we use VSL 3, have for about a year. He wasnt able to tolerate the

packets but does well with the capsules (not sure if the packets are more

potent?). We also use Custom Probiotics CP-1. As long as you are treating the

yeast and keeping the probiotics 2-3 hrs apart from the yeast treatment it

should be good. If he was uncomfortable you may need to work up to the full

dosage. VSL3 and Custom probiotics also come in a powder form,so that may be

the route you want to go.

Thanks for your answer , actually we use VSL capsules , they do not have casein

in them as someone posted in another group , not like sachets ; as for

antifungals we are using Candex , it has no adverse impact on healthy

probiotics..
