Hi,

s has some great advice on prenatal care on her nourishing hope

website. 's book is fantastic as well. I am doing the same thing, planning

for another. First off, I am not going to get the massive vaccinations that my

job made me get public health nurse) right before I got pregnant (unplanned, but

exciting). I am also not going to get the flu shot. I went in for a rhogam and

they gave me a flu shot too without me knowing it. I thought it was the vitamin

shot I had asked for. I am also going to eat all organic foods, I have changed

the paints in my home to no voc's, I canceled the pest control, sealed my

carpets so they won't off gas and filtered my water. Luckliy, I didn't have any

amalgams left, they were removed safely a few years before I got preggers. Also,

they were really small and there were 2.

Looking back, my son didn't stand a chance with all the chemicals I had around

me and in me. SO, I really feel that if I follow what I have learned while

helping my 3 year old for myself and post pone any vaccinations for the new baby

(maybe forever...), I have a good chance of a healthy kid.

I am getting some blood work done to check basic levels, and nutritional levels.

I know I am low on magnesium and omega 3's. I am correcting that too (which the

during my previous pregnancy, they paid no attention to deficiencies.)

Good luck!

Hugs,

We had to wait 5 years before trying again. Mainly because my wife was so

nerous.

Our second child is as healthy and happy as you could possibly imagine. Here is

what we did.

- Both of us had all our amalgams removed.

- Both of us did 6 months of chelation - I.V. and oral.

- Both of us changed our diets, cut way back on: cokes, soft drinks, sushi,

snacks, etc.

- Add in a lot of fresh foods, veggies, etc.

- Both of us began taking vitamins.

- Shar go help from acupuncture.

- and of course, very important, when the baby was born, absolutely no vaccines.

Good luck.
