Dear Becky- Even working a job seems a miracle. I used to be an utterly patient person, but am a bit impatient now. My boyfriend works all the time so I am alone alot. Its hard because most days I just cant even get myself going until late in the evening. Our personalities change with the disease. I get that really "why me" attitude sometimes and get aggravated when I see people complaining about something that they take for granted. Simple things like lifting a grocery bag is so hard for me, or turning the door of a handle. People complain that they have to go out and get a gallon of milk. What if you couldnt lift a gallon or even a half a gallon of anything? You are entitled to your attitude and your personality. Because of your suffering you have earned the right to have LIFE conform to you now, not the other way around. You have come into your own, and realize you dont have to answer to anyone but your Rheumatologist anymore. LOL. Yours, Deborah

I have heard that Prednisone works OK with pregnancy so you might check this with your gynecologist/obstetrician. God bless.
