titer test covered? Trophy club vs. Plano NCA???

A friend asked me if titer testing was covered by insurance, I don't remember.

is it?

Also, she asked why we chose Neurosensory Center of America Trophy Club location

over Plano location, and I know there is a reason for that but I can't remember
