Aluminum as storage

I've stopped cooking with aluminum but occasionally I still use it to store left

overs. Is that o.k.?

I would not. I have found canning jars very useful for that or just glass

bowls. I squish some wax paper over the glass bowl with food in it sometimes,

that's the extent of my storage. Canning jars can also be used for drinking

glasses, storage for soups for school, juices for school, etc. many uses, of

course and canning!

Don't store acidic/salty foods in aluminum, limit the amount of storage

time and you should be OK. Personally, I would switch to glass.
