Guest guest
I am a teacher and always try to get some rounds in over the summer since it's very hard for me to follow the 3 hour protocol while teaching. I have been thwarted this summer because I had my first irregular pap (just a type 2 - they range 1-5 with one being the only normal one). Doc gave me antibiotics (I'm VERY yeasty even though I haven't been chelating - probably all the summer fruit) and I've been doing extra GSE to knock it back and plenty of antioxidants. He wanted me to come back in a month to get a clean one (he suspects it is just inflammation but it could be a virus or pre-pre cancer). Do you think I'm safe to chelate or should I wait to see if the inflammation is down and wait for a clear pap? I'm thinking I won't get the inflammation taken care of totally until I get more metals out. I'm also wondering what I should do if it's not clear. Ugh. Guest guest
Are you taking probiotics? Also consider going on SCD (Specific Carbohydrate Diet) for a while to help get the yeast under control.
