Guest guest
I think I remember others using a lot more than 1mg Biotin/day to fight yeast, so upping the dose isn't necessarily a bad idea (especially since you are seeing improvement). Is the bed wetting nightly? How many days did she go 'dry' before wetting again? My son, at age 6, went from nightly wetting to no more wet nights (1 accident in 3 years) when I used oral ALA/DMSA and I think he dumped lead. This was in the first round. I was amazed. Still not sure what happened, exactly! OLE, for me, seemed to combat the viruses very well. Not too sure about yeast. we got a huge surge in language. Good luck to you. Pam > > I have my almost 4 yr old daughter on enzymes, probiotics and just started her on biotin for yeast. She's been on it a little over a week. I started with 300mcg 1x a day, then 2x, now 3x a day. She had been wetting the bed, but stopped while she was on just 2x a day, but now has started wetting again. Also, her behavior is so much better on 3x a day. Even her preschool teacher said she is much more vocal and initiating play, which she doesn't usually do at school. I think maybe it's clearing the " brain fog " ? I was hoping to add in OLE, but not sure if I should increase or decrease the biotin? >
Guest guest
She only was dry a couple of nights this time. Usually, it goes in phases where she stays dry most of the time and then it seems like she will start wetting again for no reason. Now, after reading these posts, I think something causes the yeast to flare and that's when she wets. I plan on using chelation, but can't convince my husband until we do the hair test. I have it ordered, but haven't received it yet. So, we are probably at least a month from starting that. I will increase the biotin and see how that goes. How do I know when we've reached the right amount? > > I think I remember others using a lot more than 1mg Biotin/day to fight yeast, so upping the dose isn't necessarily a bad idea (especially since you are seeing improvement). > > Is the bed wetting nightly?
