Guest guest
Get a bag of balloons. have your child (or you?...whoever has the fluid) blow on balloons during the day, as it opens the eustachian tubes. Two weeks of decongestants and antihistamines work well also. You need to find the source of the allergen. I guess I am assuming you are CF? The eustachian tubes go from the middle ear to the throat area. One secretes fluid when the eustachian tubes get blocked off in the throat area. (The other side of the middle ear is usually a closed area, the eardrum.) Large tonsils, adenoids, and lymohs are generally the culprit. They can be enlarged from allergens, bacteria, or viruses among other things. P.S. It IS safe to hold your nose and blow gently to pop the ears. > > I keep have troubles with the fluid in middle ear, I think it has been discussed recently but I cant find it, any advices on how to get it out or how to find previous posting? > Thanks! > Natalia >
