Guest guest
We have the same problem with our boy, but not quite so bad. Same thing, butterflies. He had a problem with birds for a while. He is very afraid of dogs, but only if they are off their leash. I think it is just part of the Autism/mercury poisoning. He has gotten better with chelation. I was able to talk to him about the birds and he is ok with them now as well as the butterflies, but dogs are still an issue. Guest guest
Just give him limeade, the country riddled by scurvy, Mei Ling says. No skin disorder attached, so sorry, the original theory was lost but when British soldiers came across the ocean and jumped into the ocean to play with the sharks, they had visited a leper colony first to drop off all of their foods, so in the sun they got a rash, which caused the confusion, all of America needing limeade to the reasoning center of the brain (shrunken dry pineal glands) to own more classical behaviors, i.e. those who have had Margaritas and Kami Kazes more friendly in their lives to people and children, as studies at The Houser Country Estate in Mountainview, Hickory, North Carolina have shown. Avoid all government conspiracies and buy MERCURY IN BABY FOODS: WHAT THE FDA KEPT FROM THE WORLD OF AUTISM, 731 foods all containing RADIUM, not iodine, that's a flat out lie and all of America would be deformed by now if it were true. Contact the author Mei Ling at www.Xlibris.com to order wholesale, the entire country wondering what to eat to avoid 731 foods with lead poisoning, the very foods you need written in that book as The Splendour Diet for Autism. For instance, crab also feeds the reasoning center as it is 513% worth of Zinc, the pineal gland shown in studies to emit brain nutrients to the remainder of the center cortex. Good luck, we are in a government conspiracy at The Houser Country Estate and cannot get phone calls, so we thought we'd write to YOU. Two FDA reports are in that book - avoid all of those foods with mercury, lead poisoning and pesticide residues, of course, if you can. Those 731 foods also contain radionuclides (Group A carcinogens) and if you do not put enough anti-cancer, cancer-fighting and tumor reducing foods to combat the " new " growth of " a little cancer, " you get maimed. Watch Glen Beck of Fox News, we are marching this country towards WORLD HEALTH and ending the epidemic. All explained by mercury and radium in the foods that Gerber sells, no country owning autism unless Gerber is sold " internationally " there, so be aware of government conspiracies, our biggest problem CSPI and potassium bromate, avoid those fast food restaurants until The Washington Journal arrives at the estate. Our Blessings to all children of autism who shall, by the end of our reign, own Medicaid benefits to get DAN doctors no matter how ignorant or poor or rich their parents are, the child owning more individual rights under ALL MEN ARE CREATED EQUALLY than you, i..e if they are beaten, they get a new home wherein a wife who is abused has no help. Good luck, send your address and name to the estate for future lawsuit to bring Medicaid benefits to your families. Anyone harming a brain damaged child is of course going straight to Hell, so let's all work together somehow to provide for all children of autism ravaged by two FDA reports, starting further back than 1999, see the book for foods that are " super foods " for the pineal gland (i.e. " Third Eye " or " reasoning center. " ) (next door neighbor to Mei Ling) 828-294-0591, still kicking ________________________________ From: TJ Werth <tj_werth@...> Sent: Tue, July 20, 2010 12:40:14 PM Subject: Re: [ ] extreme fear  We have the same problem with our boy, but not quite so bad. Guest guest
Deb, This exact topic was on Dr. Phil yesterday afternoon! I didn¹t pay much attention as I was reading the newspaper at the same time. Go to his website and seen if they have info about it. Guest guest
Ours was ladybugs. Went from one summer happily catching them and letting them walk on his hand to extreme phobia. I have no clue what happened. He still has an inappropriate fear of flying insects, but he will now go outside. I had a mosquito in the house two days ago and he somehow found the repellent and sprayed himself HEAD TO TOE instead of getting me to kill the darned thing. Needless to say, we had a small chat. It is beyond the fear of dogs because the fear of dogs has some rational basis behind it. I wish I knew what it was. I am just here offering the 'you are not in this alone' support! Guest guest
I'll have me a margarita this evening. Are you sure it's the lime that is making these people more friendly? Tequila makes me happy. I have had my son on high doses of vitamin C for a few years and he drinks quite a bit of homemade lemonade. He's still afraid of bugs. I don't see the connection. Guest guest
Have u given her plastic critters?? Butterflies included??? Or something with wings to start with? If you leave them around the house in some casual way and she will see them, will she act the same?? The only way to get my kid to stop his fear attacks when sitting on a super-market cart was to expose him over and over again. He was so scared he started to sweat cold and his heart ran like a wild horse. I exposed him to the sensory area at home (movement in high places) and then back to the real thing... Drastic, I know, but he overcame that after intensive work in the " area " .... What about butterfly movies? Or something related to bugs being good, like " charlotte's web " ??? Wow, our kids can have things... Guest guest
We have the same thing here, even in my NT, very afraid of bugs. She would freeze and scream at the sight of a bug last summer, this summer she is still scared but not so paralyzed. We have tried 5 rounds with her. My son runs away if an bug is in the vicinity some days, but recently he has started playing with them on and off. He is around 35 rounds in or so. I haven't thought of any reason behind it though, nor have I tried to treat it. I am interested if anyone has some suggestions as well. Guest guest
I think you should try giving choline/inositol. We use NOW brand, approx. 200mg/dose a few times a day for OCD. This sounds like OCD. I thought it was interesting that as we have done dietary intervention and chelation, my son has fluctuated between obsession with water and fear of it. I think obsessions and fears are very much related, or as I have said before - two sides of the same coin. I would suggest trying the supplement first, but it is also possible that a dietary change could help. I am not sure what else may affect it. Guest guest
My 18 year old son has a phobia about anything that flies. He has never liked things with wings, but a few years ago a wasp flew down his shirt and stung him and it went to a whole new level.
