Guest guest
I take B 12 drops (if that is the same thing you mean). I sometimes take up to 3 or 4 droppers full poured into fruit juice so I can get it down. Does it help me? Yes. Do I have autism? No. But I do have a high need for B vitamins, probably for various reasons. My need has gone down as I have gotten generally healthier. What improvements are you looking for? What issues are you trying to address? It would probably be better to tell folks here what you are trying to treat and get suggestions as to what helps with those specific issues. Guest guest
I started my 3 year old daughter on Methyl B12 nasal spray for the last 8 days and I have been seeing very significant improvements in her attention, focus, apetite and responsiveness, her speech has not had any dramatic improvements but I noticed she's echoing us a lot. I tried the sublingual form (drops) for two weeks before the nasal spray but I did not see anything different.
