Guest guest
OMG!!! Where did they find this guy. I guess the stimulus funding for research found these two to try and derail parents that don't know any better. [ ] Bay news 9 Dr. O' I don't know if anyone else has posted this. Watch for yourself and be outraged. Dr. O' shouldn't be allowed on TV. He says autism happens at birth it's just we don't always recognize it until later around the MMR time. Has it been proven that it happens at birth? Did I miss something? http://www.baynews9.com/VideoPlayer/index.html?Autism_2310
Guest guest
I live in the bay area and watch Bay News 9 at times, but I missed this piece. I am BEYOND OUTRAGED! Where did this guy get his facts from? He says we don't know what causes autism, yet he says children are born with it. He says the brain is already developed when the child is born, but then he says intervention is important because the brain is always developing. And diet doesn't help these children? Obviously, he has not spoken to any of us who have seen alternative diets work for our children. I am so sick of doctors acting like they have knowledge about autism when they really don't. If you don't know, don't act like you do! These doctors are the ones responsible for pushing the propaganda that autism is a permanent mental disorder, leaving parents feeling that there is no hope and children not getting the treatment that CAN help them. Guest guest
All he is doing is cherry-picking the studies that support the general belief of mainstream medicine. Piecing it all together to try to make an argument without really understanding the basics. Sadly, 2+2 does not equal 5... but they want us to believe it does.
