Struggle with Clostridia - Should I lower my ALA dose or go to DMSA only?

I'm hoping some of you may have dealt with the same problem already and can give

me some insight.

My 45lb child is on 15mg DMSA with 15mg ALA. Clostridia has been a problem,

which we're finally dealing with. We figured this out after a few months of bad

bacteria behavior and regression while chelating, along with OAT data.

We've shown big gains after a couple of rounds of Flagyl and Diflucan via Dr.

McCandless' protocol.

What I have noticed is a round of chelation causes the clostridia to start to

flare back up.

Should I lower my ALA dose or drop ALA all together?

Should I take another few weeks off and continue trying to kill back the

clostridia?
