This is one of the very few things I'd ever consider a lawsuit over. Draft a

letter for the office that you need to be notified of the second vaccination

date and that you will consider a lawsuit if he is vaccinated without your

permission. Or that you'd file a criminal complaint of assault. It does meet

the criteria, legally, I believe.
