My sons stool test show no bacters any more

We use to have citrobacter i have no idea how was treated as i do virus

treatment and bacteria treatment just from month and we did stool test there is

disbiosa but bacteri are not tere anymore could i trust that test or it is

temporaly and bacter can come back again.
