Guest guest
One bottle lasts a month, or if you decide to take 2 ounces per day then 2 weeks.........compared to taking all the vitamins/minerals, essential fatty acids and enzymes in it separately on a daily basis this is not expensive. Guest guest
Miriam, I appreciate what you write and agree, if you have read my postings I don't tell people to go off meds, in fact I do tell people to never ignore this disease and to get it under control before there is damage. But if the meds don't work for you, or if, like me the risk of taking a relatively new med is too frightening then what should one do? I didn't go off the meds until I felt sure that I didn't need them........total remission, I've never seen that, I am controlled. I live without pain and mostly without inflammation but on occassion if I suffer excess stress I will be warned. I just listen very close to my body and react. (Yesterday I was warned, today I rested and pampered myself and am almost completely back to normal, tomorrow I expect no sign of the warning). I also don't tell people to ignore their doctors, as I haven't, my doctor agrees, I control this disease very well with what I am doing and I wasn't able to do that with meds. He monitors me and he did fully expect that I would be back within 6 months looking for meds, but that wasn't the case. I am not the only person that uses this method, there are many naturapathic doctors who control RA through positive life style but it's not for everyone, it takes alot of discipline and perhaps luck, certainly perserverence, finding what works for you which is why I did a website that shows, it's more than just taking a nutritional, I believe it's a mental/physical/spiritual balance.
