Eye it out or mix it in 3 tsp acidic juice,shake it well and use 1 teaspoon at

I recall a post by Andy where he said accuracy between doses needs to be within

20%

We just eye it. We are pretty good at it by now. Maggied.

If mixed this way is the ALA good for the full 72hrs involved in one round?

not really.24 hrs max.......if mixed in acidic juices like lemon,orange or

pineapple etc
