Liz,

What amount of coconut oil do you use it? An adult can just eat it, but it's

harder for a picky kid.  We've fried french fries in it for our son. I know it's

not the best, but he needs to gain weight.

Overall I have heard mostly negatives about GSE, I would try a different yeast

treatment. I have heard wonderful things about Coconut oil.
