Can he take grapefruit seed extract or caprylic acid/MCT oil? Maybe enzymes

like candex or candidase. The enzymes might be less helpful if the yeast is

real bad, but might be good for maintenance mode once the yeast is more under

control.

and we are on the 19th round of chelation. our biggest problem is yeast. any

time we try to treat dysbiosis, he has seizures - he is on carbamazepine and

phenobarbitone for partial seizure disorder anyway. i've tried prrescription

drugs, s. boulardi, oil of oregano. they all trigger seizures. i had to

discontinue chelation with DMSA because his neutrophil level is low-18%

try coconut oil and Candidaise. I also use amla in chelators as an antioxidant

and antifungal, it's like a food-based Vit C. It is good that you are taking a

break. Next time you start chelation, attack the yeast from the beginning.

Start giving Candidaise between meals a couple times daily followed by activated

charcoal if there is time between rounds (you have to time it just right). This

has been helpful for us. Also, give biotin several times per day, I put it

right in the chelator doses, same with milk thistle. The coconut oil can be

used in baking, on hot cereal, on vegetables, to fry in, there are lots of ways

to get it into your child...people swear by it and I am very impressed, that and

Amla had the best results for us. Candidaise is a little harsh, but not

during/after rounds. I wish you well,
