Kaiser Permanente: The Big PhRMA Bag Man

Kaiser Permanente conducts and publishes effectiveness and safety studies (that

are based on the companies hospital patients medical records) of the vaccines

that that the company markets.

Kaiser Permanente is the nation's largest nonprofit health plan and hospital

system, serving more than 8.6 million members, with 14 thousand doctors under

contract and generating $40 billion in annual revenue. The Health Plan and

Hospitals operate under state and federal non-profit tax status, while the

Medical Groups operate as for-profit partnerships or professional corporations

in their respective regions.

Kaiser Permanente Colorado (KPC) has been providing influenza vaccination

clinics each year for the past decade. The program is hugh with 80,000 doses

being administered in 2001.

More clinics are scheduled and thousands of influenza vaccines are administered

daily at KPC's facilities. In addition to vaccinating other high-risk

populations, the KPC goal for the 2009-2010 season is to administer vaccine in

70 to 90 percent of all healthy children aged 6 to 23 months.

Question: How does a non-profit HMO that administers a profitable multi-million

dollar vaccination program, in part generating $40 billion in annual revenues

(with over 35 hospitals and 14 thousand doctors on the payroll), not have to pay

taxes?

There is plenty of evidence that Kaiser Permanente is a corrupt organization

that definitely does not need to be involved with SBHCs. If these incriminating

documents does not cause the pilot school vax program to collapse, what will?

The Kaiser Papers clearly presents information that shows a disproportionate

number of legal cases per historic patient population that have justifiably been

brought against the three corporations - Kaiser Plan, Kaiser Hospitals and

Permanente Medical.

VACCINE TRIAL

In June 1990, babies in Los Angeles California were used as human gunea pigs

with a experimental measles vaccine called Edmonston Zagreb measles vaccine (

E-Z ). From 1989 to 1991, Kaiser Permanente along with the L.A. County

Department of Health and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC),

injected over 700 " mostly minority " babies with unlicensed experimental vaccines

with fraudulently-obtained consent from the parents.

To date, it is believed that most of the families affected by this secret

experiment are not aware that their child was used as a human guinea pig or, if

aware, are not alerted to the long-term health risks of this particular

vaccination.

One of several vaccines used in the experiment, Edmonston-Zagreb, high-titer,

had already achieved a notorious reputation overseas for triggering the death of

numerous babies in closely controlled trials in the Third World.

When the final story is told, this could likely be one of the most scandalous

affairs in the sordid history of human experimentation to rival or exceed that

of the Nazis, the Tuskegee syphilis study or the DOE radiation exposure

experiments.

If your child received a vaccine injection at one of three L.A. County Kaiser

Permanente facilities between January 1990 and December 1991, you may be needed

for a class action claim against Kaiser Permanente Foundation.

The following is fact as proven in a court of law

In 2001, the Department of Health and Human Services cited Kaiser-Bellflower for

failing to provide appropriate medical screening examinations, failing to

provide stabilizing treatment for emergency medical conditions and failing to

provide care in the emergency room without regard to the patients' ability to

pay. Kaiser-Bellflower's policy was to keep patients waiting in the emergency

room until they left without treatment.

Between 1999 and 2006, more than 5,000 patients were sent home without receiving

medical screening exams. Kaiser intentionally understaffed and under stocked the

hospital to increase profits and to decrease the number of patients who would

avail themselves of the emergency room. Kaiser also provided inadequate and

unsanitary care for its patients.

Treatment of several patients suffering from chest pains and possible myocardial

infarctions was delayed because the emergency room lacked appropriate

medications such as nitroglycerin and resuscitation bags. Other patients were

placed in rooms soiled with blood and excrement. In one instance, a patient was

placed in a room with an aborted fetus and blood clots in the sink.

Kaiser permitted physicians to refer patients, including children, to a doctor

who was mentally ill and a known child molester. It also scheduled doctors,

including Dr. Woods, to work consecutive evening or overnight shifts in

violation of Medical Group rules, a practice which threatened patient care.

for CIA agents, as are many other prodigious universities, who teach as part of

the academic program. Conspiratorialist claim it is a public relations front

for propaganda and recruiting.
