Guest guest
I went to Disneyland CA this past summer for my birthday. They did look in my bag but didn't object to 2 frozen water bottles, a bag of fruit and veggies and some organic beef jerky. I just said I was on a special diet. I was impressed that they had fruit and water stands everywhere with bagged fruits and veggies. And lots of cold water and real juices available everywhere we looked. So much better when I was a kid and they only had popcorn, cotton candy and junk foods. Granted it wasn't organic - but I was thrilled to see some real foods. The meal we ate wasn't so good - the potatoes were so laden with salt that I only ate 1/4th of them so my feet wouldn't swell up. It seems like a pretty easy fix to bring in some food for the special needs child. A thermos can keep soup or a stew hot until lunch. Best wishes, Rosegvr/
Guest guest
I thought that too - I'd make food at the resort and take in. However, there was no place on all of Disney to find groceries that were not things like pop tarts or kellogs cereal or a can of soup. I couldn't find real unprocessed FOOD to cook. > > I went to Disneyland CA this past summer for my birthday. Guest guest
If you're staying on Disney property (FL) and don't have a car, there is a food/grocery store that you can order online from and they will deliver to your hotel. I don't remember the site name, but it's in an earlier post. Good luck. > > > > I went to Disneyland CA this past summer for my birthday.
