This is just something I wanted to share with everyone. Last Thursday, my brother, two of my neices and I went to a rock concert in Columbus, Ohio. (Quite a little drive from Indianapolis, but I digress) Anyhow, during the entire concert I had energy to spare. I just felt so alive! I thoroughly enjoyed the concert! Anyhow, since then I've spent a lot of time wishing I could bottle that energy. I'm 49 and that night I easily felt a good 10 - 15 years younger. And this was the day after I went through a screening where I was substituting over the counter Tylenol over my prescribed Naproxin for pain relief.I just wanted to share this with everyone because I know we all have days where we feel twice our age and isn't it nice to know we're still capable of feeling almost half our age. At least a good 10 - 15 years youngerHugs,Susie

Susie,

Thank you for reminding us that we will have those extra energy days,

along with the " not so hot " days. I am learning to be grateful for

those days when they come and accept that some days I will have very

little energy. Sunday was wonderful for me - lots of energy and I was

able to do some yard work - lots of leaves to bag up. Monday was not

so great, so I reminded myself of how good that day outdoors felt.

,

Energy comes from many sources. Nutrition, sleep, some sort of regular exercise

(pacing oneself). This is my experience. I have learned to listen to my body and

pace all my activities out. My energy also comes from times of deep quiet and

meditation. As for the B-12, unless your doctor finds that you are deficient in

it, there's no need. You may want to look in our File folder on Supplements for

the list that CMT Dr.expert Greg recommends.
