I used whey protein powder with good results here, but I did have to add

individual aminos, especially carnitine, taurine, and lysine.

I eliminated herpes virus here with lysine. Once we no longer needed the

lysine, I gave arginine for two days.

Not that I know of.

Yes, which is why I gave arginine for two days.

You can give whey protein along with the lysine.

Whey protein was very successful here. I used Jay Robb brand, which is cf, if

you need to be cf.
