Prior to Chelation: Does one need to support kidneys, thyroid, adrenals?

Good morning, all,

I have received some tests that show I need to support my son's adrenals,

thyroid, and kidneys. Currently, we are supporting my son's liver with

LiverLife from Bioray.

Do I need to support the kidneys, thyroid, and adrenals for a specific time like

two weeks or a month prior to staring AC Chelation?

Any advice would be appreciated.
