Guest guest
We started with 5mg of biotin per meal. We're at 10mg per meal now. It has been suggested that 30mg per day is the high dose but I believe some here may go higher than that. We currently completed 5 rounds of chelation (doing everyweekend) and he is also taking MB12 shots and a few others that are yeast inducing. I am not sure at what dose to start him on Biotin (54lbs, 5.5 years). I will also be starting GSE and would appreciate any direction on that dose as well. > > Thanks as always! > > > >

I started with 400mcg biotin and worked up to 20mg 3x per day. I started with 1 drop GSE and worked up to 4 tablets 3x per day during certain protocols that really increased yeast. When I increased biotin, I was able to reduce the GSE. Dana
