We started with 5mg of biotin per meal. We're at 10mg per meal now. It has been

suggested that 30mg per day is the high dose but I believe some here may go

higher than that.

I started with 400mcg biotin and worked up to 20mg 3x per day. I started with 1

drop GSE and worked up to 4 tablets 3x per day during certain protocols that

really increased yeast.

When I increased biotin, I was able to reduce the GSE.
