Guest guest
I've tried everything and cannot stay awake for more than 3 hours or so. I have sleep apnea and use a CPAP machine. I wake up around 7-8 am but cannot get myself up or do anything useful. I keep forgetting to give my kids meds and supplements....Even though lots of good things are happening in my life, I can't get excited about it. Can't get up enough energy to rehearse for these opportunities I've been given. I'm guessing that this is kind of what happened. During my husband's cancer, my brain surgery last year, and continued care of our 13 year old son's autism, I was tired, but I didn't think I was depressed. 7 months ago our 11 yr old daughter was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes and I'm thinking something must have clicked in my head. I was so angry about it I must have gone into depression. Well, things are getting better for every one of us, but I can't wake up and get things done. My memory is completely shot! I have sleep apnea and use a CPAP machine, but it doesn't seem to work anymore. I'm wondering if something like Prozac would " reset " me. About 15 years ago I was in a short depression sleeping way too much and they gave me Prozac that, if I remember correctly, " reset " my clock and schedule. What do you think? Any ideas?all comments are appreciated. .....anna
