>>I think I need to change my paed!

Definitely.

> Do people just fill out the Religious Exemption form because that's one way

out of being forced to vaccine? I took a look on-line and it said that in CT

the school is not allowed to question the religion but the School Nurse is

really scary and she has made me cry a few times already.

I am in CA and I signed the philosophical exemption. However, to avoid an

argument with my former ped, I told him that I would be claiming a religious

exemption. I used the " body is a temple of the holy spirit, and I don't believe

in injecting foreign substances into the temple " statement with the ped. That

way, the ped would not feel compelled to discuss vaccines with me in an attempt

to change my mind.

We did find a new ped that we are much more comfortable with, but this religious

rationale worked with the former ped.

I made my son's doctor fill out a lifetime medical exemption. We looked at

his medical record for his ten years of life which is in excess of 1000

pages with 300+ pages due to emergency room visits.

Haven, you have been through so much. My problem, if I can call it that, is my

daughter appears very healthy. A perfect child to look at with no real health

problems except she is AUTISTIC. The paed said he couldn't possibly fill out a

medical exemption because there isn't anything wrong with her - idiot!

Being new in the States, everything has been just too overwhelming. Picking the

first paed from the school list, being bullied by the school nurse and not

knowing anyone to ask has taken away my confidence.

We start a new school year in a couple of weeks and I feel better educated now

thanks to all the posts.

Thanks

The first question is: do you believe your child's autism is due to the

toxins in vaccines? The next step would be to have your child tested for

heavy metal poisoning. This diagnosis would lead to one of toxic

encephalopathy.

Where in the state are you living? What area? Are you in North Texas?

My son's DAN! is also an MD, specializing in allergy and immunology. An

immunologist is perfect to give a medical exemption. People come to this

doctor from all over the world, so if you would be willing to travel if you

are in some other part of Texas....

Texas has religious, medical, and conscientious objection to vaccination, so

if you live in this state, you can go with the conscientious and do it that

way.

If you live in another state, try to find an MD who is also a DAN!

physician, and they will help you.

From my experience, there are many different sub groups in autism. One such

division is that of ASD kids who never get " sick, " and the other (which

describes my son) who seem to always get sick. Just because the one sub

group never gets sick does not mean they have a great immune system. Being

too much one way or the other is a problem, too.

What state did you say you were in? I looked back in previous posts and

didn't see it.

It sounds like you very much DO NOT want to have your child re-vaccinated,

so knowing your state will let me review their statutes regarding this and

see if I can help.

If you are not Christian.....religious exemptions are open to a varying group of

beliefs systems. You do not need to be of any particular faith if you feel that

injecting poisons into someone is attempted murder, and you believe that murder

is against your beliefs, you have cause for exemption.

If you do not belief in mixing the blood of man and animals, you have cause for

religious exemption.

www.vaclib.org and select your state for what the laws are in your area and how

to comply with them in filing an exemption, be it medical, religious or

otherwise.

Very few doctors are willing to sign a medical exemption, and certainly not an

exemption from all vaccination.

yes, I'm sorry, I didn't mean to make anyone think that only Christianity

could be used to decline vaccination. A variety of religions that have

tenets that would make vaccines a no-no.

Sorry if I mislead anyone.
