Here are my starting doses. I went much higher than these.

GSE -- one drop

OLE -- 250mg. This is for bacteria and viruses. It actually *increased* yeast at

my house.

Biotin -- 400mcg

Magnesium for the biotin. Might need No-Fenol for the GSE and OLE.

Yeast can be constipating, so I would address that first. Magnesium deficiency
