PANDAS - how long will symptoms last?

My son is in the midst of a PANDAS episode. He tested positive for strep almost

a week ago. He is being treated with an antibiotic and I have started OLE.

However, he is still having the TICS and OCD behavior (not as bad though). When

should I anticipate them going away and how can I keep PANDAS at bay?
