Guest guest
Hi everyone- I would consider Hyluran injections before steriod shots. Salts form over time inside the joint creativing more problems. Hyluran is becoming the standard to relieve OA Pain. It is not indicated for RA. Happy New Year Everyone. Guest guest
I agree with you Deborah. I was given a series of 5 injections of Hyluran last April in my left knee. My Dr. said it should last about six months. Well here it is eight months but I know I'll have to get more shots soon as my knee is acting up again. There is a lot of cracking and popping going on in that joint. I could hardly get up off the sofa yesterday. My grandson had to help me up.
