Guest guest
Hi: I my experience with my son, he start with colloidal silver as naturalist recommend, no difference in a week , then we start Biocidin: a complete herbal blend it was better than colloidal for him ; but then we decide to go with the pediatrician for Diflucan (4 bottles) was amazing ; and now he is in Yeast Aid (Kirkman) and Grape Seed chewable (kirkman) he is also in Spirulina (liquid grape flavor (Revita) that spirulina also works for bacteria and yeast in GI. ________________________________ De: dmniemes <dmniemes@...> Para: Enviado: vie, abril 30, 2010 3:45:56 PM Asunto: [ ] GSE/ OLIVE LEAF EXTRACT FOR STIMMING??? Yesterday my son was laughing to himself for the first time (which was very scary for me to see him do that) and lining up his toys a lot after a few days of not doing much stimming so after some research and advice from previous posts, we've decided to try to control this yeasty behavior. I read on " Dana's view " that GSE and Olive Leaf Extract is good for yeast/ bacteria control but I have no idea how to use it for his age/ weight. I'm also afraid for him to have a bad reaction because he tends to have reactions to high phenol fruits like banana and raw tomatoes. Unfortunately, we're overseas and the local food store didn't have a nophenol enzyme:( Should I still give him the GSE or should I just stick to the Olive leaf extract or should I buy him the Oil of Oregano or try something else? Our son is 22 months old and weighs 35lbs. (big boy for his age). This is of course my first time trying to help him with this and I'm feeling nervous because I don't want to make things worse for him. If someone can please provide some advice I would greatly appreciate it! Thank you:)

Guest guest
Be careful with the GSE. my 26 month old's liver enzymes came back elevated and i had recently used GSE, which is known to do that. Keep the dose low and don't use long-term. Also, I love biocidin but for my 5 year old it made his penis feel weird. after doing some research i learned that biocidin is high in oxalates which can cause crystals in the urine. we had him tested for a UTI but he did not have one. when i stopped biocidin the strange feeling went away. Don't mean to bash your ideas! I do love Oil of Oregano and Caprylic Acid for yeast. You should rotate antifungals every 4 days for maximum efficacy. Guest guest
How about the olive leaf extract? Should I give him that too? If so, how/ when? Thanx so much Dana! Guest guest
> How about the olive leaf extract? Should I give him that too? If so, how/ when? I used OLE as anti-bacterial and anti-viral. Guest guest
Is it ok to give at the same time as the GSE? Also, does the OLE help with stimming? Thanks so much Dana! > > How about the olive leaf extract? Should I give him that too? If so, how/ when? > > > I used OLE as anti-bacterial and anti-viral. Guest guest
Hi Dana, thanks for your response! We're on day 4 of giving our son 1 drop of GSE in the morning. Somehow it seems like he's regressing occasionally since we started the GSE by being aggressive, crying for no reason plus stimming again which he hadn't been doing for a couple of days. He also has a rash on his belly, elbows and redness on his anus and penis. Could this be yeast die off or is he not tolerating the GSE? I finally found Biotin 5,000mcg today so I gave him one capsule with dinner, is this okay or should I be giving it to him along with the GSE in the morning? Thank you in advance:) > > Is it ok to give at the same time as the GSE? > > > Yes. > > > >> Also, does the OLE help with stimming? > > > Depends on the stims. > > Dana >

Try giving the GSE with No-Fenol enzyme, see if that helps. > I finally found Biotin 5,000mcg today so I gave him one capsule with dinner, is this okay or should I be giving it to him along with the GSE in the morning? Either, or both. I had to give 20mg biotin 3x per day, plus GSE, when my son's yeast was really bad. Dana
Guest guest
Thx Dana! Unfortunately it's hard for me to get a hold of the No phenol but I've ordered it in the mail and hope it comes soon! > > Hi Dana, thanks for your response! > > We're on day 4 of giving our son 1 drop of GSE in the morning. Guest guest
We're on week 2 of giving our son, 22mts. old, 35lbs., the 1 drop of GSE in the morning along with Biotin (1000mcg) 2x a day, magnesium, Vit C, epsom salt baths, etc. I'm very concerned because he still has the rash on his belly, elbows and sides of his lower back and still after having ear tube surgery last Thursday and a couple of days where he had regressed, the last two days have been quite good as far as eye contact, trying to speak, but he's still doing some stimming and of course he's non verbal. Today he's been having fluffy/ mucousy poops, bloated belly and he had a mild fever this evening with no appetite and sleeping a lot:/ I did read somewhere that these could be signs of die off but I'm wondering if I should stop the GSE because he's just not tolerated it or should I give him OLE for bacteria? I'm still waiting on the No-phenol and Culterelle to arrive since I'm overseas. Any info. is so greatly appreciated. > > > Hi Dana, thanks for your response! > > > We're on day 4 of giving our son 1 drop of GSE in the morning. Guest guest
This sounds like die-off. Id keep the GSE and give some activated charcoal (@45 min to an hr away from the sups) to mop up the toxins and see if that helps. Guest guest
Does the rash to away with like Benadryl? Could he be having an allergic reaction to laundry soap, foods or you think from the surgery? A little cortisone cream? Is he scratching? Tammy [ ] Re: GSE/ OLIVE LEAF EXTRACT FOR STIMMING??? Guest guest
Hi Dana: Can you tell me how I should dose the GSE and OLE for him? Maybe I'm still giving too little because he still has that rash. Maybe I should've asked this from the beginning before I started to give him any:/ Also, aside from Biotin, No Phenol, Culterelle, Activated Charcoal, and Epsom Salt baths is there anything else I should be giving him to help his gut? Thank you very much in advance. Maybe I'm still giving too little because he still has that rash. If you think you are not giving enough, try giving another dose during the day. So for example, if you are giving 2 doses per day, try giving three. >>Also, aside from Biotin, No Phenol, Culterelle, Activated Charcoal, and Epsom Salt baths is there anything else I should be giving him to help his gut? What helped my son's gut the most, was digestive enzymes, biotin, B vitamins, and ALA. There were other things that helped also. Guest guest
Thanks Dana! I just felt unsure since he's so young (22 months old) and how even a small dose could affect him since I also heard that GSE is not good for too long but at the same time I would like to resolve his yeast issues. > > Hi Dana: > > Can you tell me how I should dose the GSE and OLE for him?
