Guest guest
I called Doctor's Data to order a hair elements test for my daughter, and they said they needed a doctor's order before they could send me one. I was surprised because several people have posted a code that gets you a discount, so I thought I could order it myself. So I had our DAN doc order it. On the phone, his nurse said if I really wanted it, that he would be happy to order it for me, but that he really doesn't put much stock in that test since hair is an excretory product and shows what the body has already gotten rid of, not what the body is currently dealing with. She said he would have preferred to test her urine for heavy metals because it would show what her body is currently dealing with. I'm reading Andy's book, but have only just begun. Can anyone explain the difference between the tests and why this DAN doc believes the urine test is more reliable? Thanks, Emerson momma to 2 little girls
