Guest guest
pH doesn't matter for chelation. If it concerns you greatly then give supplements that are citrate forms and it will make his pH more alkaline. But honestly....we've done 110 rounds and never bothered with pH. There are no problems with chelating now with the pH as it is. GSE will not change his pH. Foods are not really an issue either. Jan > > We wish to start chelation for our five year old. Guest guest
If you want to tweak the PH balance, you can encourage the child to eat differently. Some things I ate a lot of to work on that: lettuce, corn, and watermelon. You can also google information. There are multiple websites with food lists stating which ones are alkaline and which ones are acid, though some of those lists conflict. As far as I know, it doesn't matter for doing chelation. I worked on this to reduce susceptibility to infection. Infection and metal poisoning seem to often go hand-in-hand, so there may be some benefit in that regard.
