Guest guest
This is the way I got my son " swallow " goat milk. I used half kefir, have goat milk, blended with fresh blueberry, strawberry and stevia, put a lot of ice in, too. Make it some kind of milky, fruity sweeten drink... He drank two cups of them at once for breakfast... He didn't seem to exited about eating it, since it contains no sugar. I was thinking of getting some Stevia to sweeten it a little, but I ran out of time since he gets home at 1:15. What do some of you use to sweeten Kefir. I am getting a yogurt maker this week so when I do find the raw goat milk he can have the homemade stuff. What stores sell the culture that I need to make yogurt. Is it different to make yogurt, Kefir? No side effects that I can see......he has been very calm and patient. Guest guest
Zurama, I put my kefir in smoothies. I use a banana and frozen blueberries mostly. The banana sweetens and thickens it while the bluberries make it cold and slightly slushy. I can't tolerate kefir plain, it makes me gag. Guest guest
If you are in US, you won't find raw milk in the stores (illegal). If you are in GA, I can easily tell you where to get it in North GA. > > Today I went looking for raw goat milk, but didn't find it, so I bought Kefir in the mean time.
