This is the way I got my son " swallow " goat milk. I used half kefir, have goat

milk, blended with fresh blueberry, strawberry and stevia, put a lot of ice in,

too. Make it some kind of milky, fruity sweeten drink... He drank two cups of

them at once for breakfast...

Sincerely,

Rei

Today I went looking for raw goat milk, but didn't find it, so I bought Kefir in

the mean time. He didn't seem to exited about eating it, since it contains no

sugar. I was thinking of getting some Stevia to sweeten it a little, but I ran

out of time since he gets home at 1:15. What do some of you use to sweeten

Kefir.

I am getting a yogurt maker this week so when I do find the raw goat milk he can

have the homemade stuff.

What stores sell the culture that I need to make yogurt. Is it different to make

yogurt, Kefir?

No side effects that I can see......he has been very calm and patient.

Zurama, I put my kefir in smoothies. I use a banana and frozen blueberries

mostly. The banana sweetens and thickens it while the bluberries make it cold

and slightly slushy. I can't tolerate kefir plain, it makes me gag.

If you are in US, you won't find raw milk in the stores (illegal).

If you are in GA, I can easily tell you where to get it in North GA.
