What are the best Prenatal Vitamins & the best supplements for a late talker

Hello,

I would be so very appreciative if you let me know of the best prenatal vitamins

for a pregnant relative of mine. She is almost at the end of her first

trimester.

Also, what supplements (including probiotics) would you give a 22 months old

little boy who is a late talker (besides EFA). He seems to be developing well

in many areas but he is not saying any word.
