How much pau d'aco, how often (once, twice, three times daily?)?

My son broke out with this years ago, it was ALL over his face and

neck quickly, I used PauD'arco herb and withing a month they where

almost gone, he still has a few bumps on his chin and inside of his

nose so I was thinking of doing another round of the herb again... it

is a tough one to get rid of... I thought they where gone and

periodically another one pops up...
