Guest guest
>>I think its best to start with one or the other, you need to know what is doing what and that's hard to figure out if you start both at once. Most folks start with DMSA and add ALAL later but you could do it either way. Also a good idea to practice the night dosing before you start, with probio's or things like Candex that are best on empty tummy. How old is your child? Mandi x Is it ok to use DMSA and ALA together at the start of a chelation course orshould we use only DMSA in the beginning and at a later stage add ALA. Guest guest
Hi, Is it ok to use DMSA and ALA together at the start of a chelation course or should we use only DMSA in the beginning and at a later stage add ALA. I had read somewhere that applying both at the start may cause a risk of moving some heavy metals from some parts of the body into the brain. Guest guest
Hi, There are some guideline to AC chelation in the ABE files. I personally started with DMSA and completed 6 weekend rounds before adding in ALA, only because if my son did have a reaction i wouldn't know if it was the DMSA or the ALA causing it. As for the ideal water intake, i don't think there is one as such (to aid with secretion of metal) but it is obvious to make sure your child is well hydrated whether chelating or not, taking into consideration how much exercise etc they do a day etc...My son doesn't swallow capsules so has his supps in water so is having many drinks a day.
