30 minutes late on last dose - what time do I give the next dose?

ALA 25mg every 3 hours around the clock, every other weekend. EXCEPT that I was

30 minutes late on the last pill. I should have given it at noon but I gave it

at 12:30. Should the next pill be at 3pm or 3:30pm?
