Guest guest
I wonder with all the talk about ALA why it makes a difference and how does one know what brand to use?
Guest guest
Any brand without too many fillers is fine. Kirkman's is popular around here because you can get them in 25mg. > > I wonder with all the talk about ALA why it makes a difference and how does one know what brand to use? >
Guest guest
For me, the guidelines I use are: only standard ALA (not R-lipoic acid which is very potent and very unpredictable and unstudied in our circles) and that I choose a brand that has the fewest fillers possible. If I do that, I doubt brand to brand has much effect. I also like capsules, but to me that just seems like it will dissolve better... not sure if that is true.
