What brand of ALA is best

Any brand without too many fillers is fine. Kirkman's is popular around here

because you can get them in 25mg.

For me, the guidelines I use are: only standard ALA (not R-lipoic acid which is

very potent and very unpredictable and unstudied in our circles) and that I

choose a brand that has the fewest fillers possible.

If I do that, I doubt brand to brand has much effect. I also like capsules, but

to me that just seems like it will dissolve better... not sure if that is true.

Kirkmans is also Hypoallergenic.
