Guest guest
Hi. I went to my obgyn and he told me I needed a shot of B12 and estrogen (I had no estrogen in my system). I received the shot yesterday and all night long I itched like crazy. I am so sick. Is this a allergic reaction from vitamin B 12? I found a brand called Freeda. I love their magnesium and calcium. http://www.freedavi tamins.com/ Phyllis

Hi Seth. No, don't take that B complex; try to return it and get a good one instead. The best, Bee

I received the shot yesterday and all night long I itched like crazy. I am so sick. Is this a allergic reaction from vitamin B 12? +++Hi Rhonda. The vitamin B12 wouldn't have caused a reaction like that but the estrogen would since it is toxic, so your immune system responds by producing histamines - see this article that describes histamines and why you itch, etc. http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/treat14.php I suggest you take an 2 extra 50 mg doses per day of niacin (all 4 doses should be at different times spaced throughout the day). You can take niacin on an empty stomach too. Take the extra niacin for 3 days to help your body detoxify. Also take baking soda baths (use about 1 cup) which helps relieve itching. Also take megadoses of vitamin C for at least 3 days, starting with 4,000 mg as soon as right away. Then take 1,000 mg every hour to bowel tolerance (loose stools), and then take 150-200 mg less every hour until you reach bowel tolerance again, and so on. I hope that helps. Hang in there Rhonda! Guest guest
> > Good Morning! I know the day is coming where I'm gonna have this supplement thing down although I give myself a break since just starting w/them. Bee, the B-complex supplement I have from iherb, natural fac.Hi Potency B complex, is that 1 or 2/day?--I have my separate B3 which I've started on 2/day-25 mg til I feel a flush. Please let me know about the b complex as I am so committed to your plan. +++Hi Phyllis. I'm very happy you are committed to my plan. You can go wrong following Nature's Fundamental Laws on health, Take 50 mg of B complex two times a day (total of 100 mg per day) along with the niacin (B3), and with meals, etc. Here's your handy dandy list of supplements with doses, etc.: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/supp7.php Luv, Bee

Guest guest
Usually you use b’s 4 times a day, but we use it only 1-2times a day. Guest guest
Hi Arianna, Yes, take it even though it contains niacinamide. It won't hurt you. It's just that it's not the natural niacin which helps to open blood vessels, so that's why you need to take niacin in addition to the B complex. Group Moderator > > > > > hi bee... > > i just ordered supplements from i herb. the b complexes that you reccomend both say they contain 50mg of niacinamide...which you have said not to take. what do i do? take it anyway plus the real niacin tablets? > > arianna > > >
