In fact, the mercury-filled Hep B vaccine began to be given to newborns in 1991 and those children would not have been diagnosed until several years later (now it's sooner, but back then there was not much awareness since the whole autism epidemic was just unfolding). Hence, onionboys correct mid-1990's observation. Right on, onionboy!
