Guest guest
I have to agree with Harold on this one. I think is truly telling us what worked for her and maybe we should give it a try. It is up to us whether we want to try another approach. I am always open to new ideas. a
Guest guest
I agree as well. There is alot of research that supports RA being significantly calmed by dietary changes. It's good to know there are options out there, and for those who are helped by whatever...this is the place to share. Though it is very difficult to fast/reintroduce foods....it does make sense to try. I have been seeing a wholistic dr. who says dairy and red meats should be very minimally used. I am having my total knee replacement Nov. 17th and plan to pursue this diet change at that time. Best to all. paula delarosa <pdelarosa@...> wrote: I have to agree with Harold on this one. Guest guest
again, I agree....I wasn't suggesting that meds be stopped or not used at all..they are absolutely key...just that it's a good thing to think about the food we eat/ water etc. we drink also.
