Here is my info

crazy)

What dose? Do you take it with fat?

>>can't take b12, C, NO MSGs... all give me migraines.

B12 and C increased yeast here, which caused really nasty headaches at times.

They also both required carnitine for proper absorption.

MSG and artificials caused headaches here until our B1 levels were normalized.

I don't have a list for specific vitamin supplement, but I do have a good

reference for foods.  Actually, it's a great resource for chemical

sensitivities

in general - phenols/salicylates, sulfates, glutamates, amines

Subject: [ ] Phenol and sulfate list::: was coQ10 and

screaming/high phenol

Is there a list anywhere of phenol and sulfate reactions so that I could tell

which I might be. I can't seem to take cq10 (well, I can but when it wears off,

it makes me crazy) can't take b12, C, NO MSGs... all give me migraines.

Anyways is there a list anywhere?

Thanks,
