Hi Tamara,

Oh dear - all that mercury would leave any chronically exhausted and

depressed. I had lots of fillings and had started having them replaced

(meaning

even more exposure). Then I had to get an immunization to get back into

college and I really started going downhill (back around 1997).

1st buy Andy's book Amalgam Illness for reading and rereading while you

start making appointments to get the fillings replaced with composite. I

believe you can take some extra C to get yourself ready for the extra exposure

(check with the book or this list to see if it's before or after removal -

can't remember).

2nd consider timed release C so that you have some in your system at all

times - you might need more like 4 - 6 grams a day since your burden of

exposure is so high and you're getting ready to have fillings removed. I

started taking Royal Camu from Whole World Botanicals as it's a natural C from

the Amazon that has 30 times more vitamin C than an orange (I love whole

food supplements whenever possible). I do carry some in my purse and try to

take it 4-6 times a day since C is water soluble. I feel that it upped my

energy level by 1-2 points (the same as the adrenal cortex I took before they

stopped making it).

Also, milk thistle is very helpful in cleansing the liver and is on almost

everyone's must haves.

Consider some vitamins that are not water soluble (vitamin E and co enzyme

Q12 for example).

It's a long ride to get well but you're on your way. :) Rosegvr/
