Guest guest
I've seen various posts for phosphatidyl choline, but not phosphatidyl serine. A friend of mine has a daughter with severe ADD and swears by phosphatidyl serine. Anyone have helpful insights into the two products and what their specific applications/contraindications would be? Guest guest
I have also heard that phosphatidyl serine is good for improving attention. I actually bought some, planning to use if for my daughter. However, I had started her on phosphatidyl choline for irritability, which it definitely helped with, but it also seemed to improve her attention too. We haven't had any negative effects from it so far. > > I've seen various posts for phosphatidyl choline, but not phosphatidyl serine.
